Faith Hill is one among the few female artists that I really admire. She's not just a beauty but very talented too and I like this song of hers a lot...very soulful!

I’ve seen it on television and I’ve read about it in the newspapers and it simply is admirable as well as interesting. I’m talking about ideas where people make use of alternative energy or renewable energy and the process of converting waste to energy. Using waste such as sludge and other bio-organic materials and turning them into reusable goods that can be very useful to the agricultural industry, as well as helpful to our fragile eco-system is a needed tool which has had great success due to the long-term vision of motivated individuals.
One company that is famous for such processing is N-Viro International Corporation. They have generated great sales in the market because of such innovative ideas. If you want to read more about them, you may visit their website http://www.nviro.com. I want to browse the site more myself and know more about opportunity fuels and clean coal. The more we learn, the more we can be proactive in taking care of this place we call home.
A good family friend offered dad the chance to use some project management software. It is vital tool, especially with the kind of business we have – a construction business where we must manage several people from the admin department all the way to the workers in the shop and all the ongoing projects. We used to have about a hundred workers and there were times that we were having difficulty managing them because all the paperwork could really be a pain in the neck at times. But so far, we've been able to keep things in order.
We only have about forty five workers now and I don’t know if dad will get the software. He was still undecided the last time we talked. He knows it’s important but he's just got a lot on his mind and a lot of problems with our projects, especially the out-of-town ones, which should be even more the reason for him to give this a try. But he wants to learn about it more before he makes a final decision. I'll just have to wait and see what happens next that may prompt him to finally make up his mind.
They were a hit in the 80's and this is their song that I love the most. I just like the beat!

It's been a while that I haven't taken or answered a conversation from dNeero so receiving an email from them today kind of surprised me. More so, when I visit their homepage and saw the new design. I like it! Cool and chic! Way to go, dNeero!
I'm very well aware of people who have been battling their weight for years. Mom is one such individual, as well as some of her friends. Mom has tried so many different weight loss programs, and though she was able to lose weight, eventually, she gained it all back. She gave up on those weight loss programs and began a do-it-yourself regimen, doing her own thing. She’s determined to do it on her own and, with that mindset, I truly believe she'll get the job done this time.
If you are one of those who have been having trouble shedding those excess pounds, determination is the key. So make a goal and reach for that goal. But if you need help, click here to learn more. Best of luck!
I was really in awe when I first saw my niece's edited photos. I don't know how to do it and at her age of 13, that really is "something!" She uses adobe photoshop and showed me how to do it but I didn't really get the chance to browse it some more and learn it. She explores photoshop every single day whenever she arrives from school and she learn more ideas and tricks every day. Good for her! I was encouraging her to read more about it so she'll discover more ideas that could hone her skills.
Below are just some of the many photos that she edited.
Super Yogi! LOL.
That's my niece Mawee in the middle with her cousins, Migui, Yogi and Mat-Mat.
I got a surprise call from my brother-in-law yesterday, my late hubby’s eldest brother. I hadn’t heard from him in a long time and I was so glad to hear his voice on the phone. He’s been busy with his work and family business, but he wanted to check on us and see how we’re doing, especially my son Yogi, his nephew, whom he misses so much.
Hearing from him again reminded me of my hubby. I always am like that whenever I get a call or visit from any member of his family. And with that, the time when he was healthy and alive fills my mind, nostalgia hitting me instantly. Little by little I reminisce of those special times, and even the smallest, inane and crazy details like when he had to take meds for hemorrhoid relief. I realize that that doesn't sound nostalgic, and least of all romantic, but such are all the little pieces of the puzzle that tells the story of a life together. And I will have to admit, I always did find that situation amusing and constantly teased him about it, much to his chagrin. But there are so many wonderful memories that I hold close to my heart, along with the sad ones. But I have moved on, and thinking about the sweet things make the sad ones not as painful as before.
When I started my first personal blog through the mentoring of a good friend, it was about free seo tools that she first taught me – about how essential and beneficial they are to one’s website. Building a website is not just putting it up then writing on it; you have to go to great efforts to make it visible to the World Wide Web and let people know that it exists – personal or not. What good is a site if there’s no one reading it?
There are still many other beneficial things that she taught me over a period of time, and after two years, I learned a lot, though I must say that there is still a lot more to learn. Nevertheless, thanks to my friend who supported me all the way. She’s such an angel!
Sexiest body part is the topic for this week. Us girls are really getting daring, huh!? I've always thought that my legs are my sexiest because although they are short, they are really flawless. Zoom the photo and see for yourself. Just kidding! That's why wearing shorts or skirts is no biggy for me. As they say, "If you have it, flaunt it!" LOL.
So, what do you think? Wish they were longer though but my hopes already died many years ago. Hee hee.
The internet definitely has its benefits. I used to just satisfy myself with books and magazines whenever I got bored, but now browsing the Net is what keeps me busy most everyday now when I have no other obligations or responsibilities to see to. More often than not, I'm usually shopping online or keeping in touch with friends, but it's been a different situation as of late. I’ve been reading and researching about many things of interest, and checking out stuff that I happen to come across, and I've been astonished by some of the nuggets of info I’ve stumbled across.
The latest jewel I found was about the human growth hormone, and it was so enlightening. It can be affected as we age; no one’s an exception to that rule; but it can be minimized through supplements. It's nice to know that there are things we can do now to stop (or at least control) something that is inevitable. Amazing! And though we certainly can't stay young forever, we can keep our mind forever young as long as we seek knowledge.
He is our newest graduate for he is graduating from 6th grade today. He is fondly called as Mat-Mat here at home but he is Earl to his friends. His real name is actually Earl Matthew. Congratulations, Earl! You will be entering secondary school by the next school year. Be good!
I can't find any other pic of his. I would have preferred a close-up photo but found nada. This photo was edited by my niece, Mawee and it looks nice, huh? But don't be deceived with that gun he's holding. That's my bro's gun he uses for his airsoft. (",)
I’m still thinking of what to buy my son Yogi for his upcoming 7th birthday. I’m contemplating whether I’ll get him a toy, or some clothes, instead. Being a mom, I prefer clothes rather than toys, but knowing kids like I do, I know they would always prefer toys. He’d be delighted if it’s a toy he sees when he opens his present, rather than clothes. Make up your mind, Lynndee!
Oh well, before I make this decision, I need to first browse for some acne treatment guides. I've still got plenty of time to decide which of this or that's to choose for my son: this toy, or that clothing. By the time I’m done searching for treatments, I'll probably have my mind made up, and mom is always right. Isn't that so, son? (",)
My sister was getting all dolled up this morning and asked me how she looked. I noticed one spot of acne below her nose and kidded her that she must be in love. That is one of the jokes that go around here that you get acne when you’re in love because of sleepless nights from tossing and turning and dreaming about your beau. Makes sense to me; been there, done that. (",)
That one she has now will probably leave a scar; been there and done that, too. It's no biggy, though, for there is always acne scars removal to the rescue. I've used it before because having a scar like that makes me self-conscious, unless it’s somewhere that is not so noticeable. But if it’s on my face, I want to get rid of it because it doesn’t look nice at all, and I always want to look my best for the world.
Yep, this cap here is personally signed by Manny Pacquiao himself and Dad got this during a golf tournament which was sponsored by Manny. This is just one of the few things that Dad got. Although he wasn't lucky enough to win the top prize in the game, but he won the first prize in the raffle draw which is a 29" Sony flat screen TV and a mixer. Isn't he lucky?
There is only one week and six more days left for me to shop for a new dress or a new top for my son Yogi’s 7th birthday party. I’ve not been in the mood to shop lately because of the weather; it's just been so darn hot. But for sure, I’ll get on the ball and go out before the big day.
I actually thought about going out today but opted to stay home and just browse the internet. And, as always, aside from shoes and bags, I browsed for clothes, too; and look at what I found – a grey stripe cotton Tartan tunic dress from Free People. I just love it! The color and the design are exactly to my taste. Perfect! What do you think?
I first heard this song in the movie Dirty Dancing and I liked it instantly. It was in 1987 and I was only about 12 years old then but up to now, I still sing this song especially in the videoke. And at this time of my life, I can say that this song perfectly fits. (",)

Soon will come the time that I will be needing to get myself some new Kipling luggage. I know it isn’t too early to make that purchase because the time is flying so fast, and before I know it, I'll need to be packed up and ready to fly on to eastward for the adventure of my life and the beginning of a new life.
Thinking about it is making me nervous, actually. I've never traveled that far – the farthest ever being Manila. And I don’t know what to expect in the life that is waiting for me over there. There are a lot of things running through my mind but all will be okay because I know my fiancé will see to all our needs and everything will fall into place and ease my anxious mind. I just have to be optimistic and believe that this is the life that is meant for me – beside my fiancé whom I also called my Big Angel.
I can be shy but I can be bold too and here's the proof. LOL. This week's topic is all about showing flesh. You can just imagine the guts I need to gather before finally putting this picture here. And when I saw Niko's entry, I was like, wow! Can you consider this picture of mine as showing flesh? Hehe.
This shot was taken on New Year's Eve. A little flesh is what's needed so I think this would be, okay. My dream of wearing a two-piece bikini hasn't been granted yet. Had it been that it had already happened, that could have been my entry here. LOL.
When the news about Tiger Woods hit the headlines a few months ago, I was one of the many people who were totally surprised to hear of such. Who wouldn’t be? He had established a name for being an excellent, clean-cut sportsman, which in turn led him to become the type of celebrity and man who could be considered a role model for our youth. He was a family man, too, and was believed to have been living a blissful married life until the shocking news appeared.
To be honest, I never knew that such an addiction existed. The most common ones I was familiar with were drug addiction and alcoholism, which has been a problem of not only many celebrities but is also rampant in the world of the common folk. Stories like this never fail to sadden me and I guess I am not the only one who has that sentiment. We look up to these people, and some are even envious of their skills and their status in society. And I know that they didn’t get there in the blink of an eye. They have traveled dusty roads to become successful, only to take the wrong path and...POOF! In an instant, it's all gone, destroyed by the consequences of their own actions.
A sad story indeed. But gladly, there are establishments who are there to rescue them like Passages Malibu. For years, it has been the salvation of many who need rehabilitation help. You can read the Passages Malibu Blog to learn more. It's quite astonishing to have discovered the many things in their blog that people have dealt with and overcome. And I'm so thankful that there are places like Passages Malibu. But we should also pray that all will realize life's beauty and worth before ever falling into the dark abyss of any type of addiction.
This is the newest bag that I purchased from mom’s friend. I wasn’t really planning to get myself a new one since my bags aren’t worn out yet and are still very useful, though one of them got ink on it accidentally and needs a good Anilox cleaning. I’m not sure if it’s the proper cleaning to do, though; I just heard about it from a friend and I need to do some research on it.
Anyway, mom’s friend was very persistent so I finally gave in after getting an hour or more of convincing from her. The bag is really pretty but I was just hesitating to get it at first because, as I’ve said, I've got more bags than I know what to do with. Well, adding a new one to my collection isn't that bad, is it? Let's face it, bags and shoes truly are a woman's greatest weakness. (“,)
I wasn't aware about this until I came across it one time at my blogger pal's website. The original rendition is one of my favorite songs of all time and I think this will be added to my list too. It's really nice, isn't it?

My fiancé and I can be sappy and cheesy at times. But, you can’t blame two people that are deeply in love, can ya? Hee hee. More often than not, we look back and talk about those days we shared when he visited me last year, especially that day when he proposed to me, and the next day after that when he bought me an engagement ring – a simple one since he said he’s going to purchase something that will match our wedding bands when we're finally together; one of those certified diamonds that he wants me to have.
The one I’ve got on my left ring finger now is only a temporary ring, but it symbolizes his commitment and love for me. That's okay for me but he insists that he wants the best for me, and that simply melts my heart. Am I being cheesy again? Yes, I am, and it feels good.
There are times that I wonder how lucky people can be, especially those in the entertainment world who are not only famous but also earning very beau coup bucks. I have read some of their stories which include their humble beginnings and the ups-and-downs they have gone through just to make it to the place and status that they are now.
Some of them were lucky to be spotted somewhere, but there are also some who began by placing themselves into the Entertainment workers job search. Imagine that! Just by a click of a mouse, their whole life was changed. That is definitely not just luck, but using your mind! Maybe I can try clicking it myself. Who knows? I might be the next superstar. Well... In my dreams, anyway. LOL.
We are still experiencing rotating brownouts of up to six hours a day. And just yesterday, the latest news that broke was that we’ll probably be experiencing water shortages in the near future. Whoa! How unlucky can we be? Water has been abundant here in our city and it has been free flowing in our faucets for as long as I can remember, and hearing about that really worries me. What could be worse? Water is the source of life itself!
I do hope the authorities can do something about this situation. If nothing can be done about it, then I think all we could be facing a new kind of reality. Sigh.
Reading the theme for this month really amused me. Who wouldn't? Us girls will be talking about being daring like one of those fearless females, eh. And guess what the first topic is about? We're going to talk about our vital statistics. I know I have nothing to show off for I don't have that "coca-cola" body that would make men drool. But being the playful me, I'd love to divulge what I consider a secret. LOL.
So, here they are: Age: 34 years and 6 months old Height: 150 cm. Weight: 100 lbs. Vital Stats: 32 25 35
There you go. I'm petite, I'm skinny and I was not well-endowed. LOL. But with all honesty, I am happy with what I have. Some people are even jealous of my VS because I remained like this even after giving birth. Lucky me, right?
