One of my most favorite songs from my my favorite band. I haven't heard this song for a while until last Tuesday when my BA and I were having our lunch in this one of a kind resto here in the city. It is located above the hill and is overlooking the ocean. This song was being played while we were enjoying our meal. It was such a memorable and special day and this song played a big part. Go Go Go Quarterbacks!

I’ve always been vocal about being a fan of Chicago Bears since 2006 - the year in which my friend introduced me into NFL. I have seen NFL games before but it’s not until 2006 that I make it a point to watch them play though I must admit that I did miss some of their games due to unavoidable circumstances. Anyhow, they remained my favorite team up to this time. They are my friend’s favorite team too that’s why we get along so well when it comes to NFL.

I do like all the players, but just like everyone else, I do have my most favorite players among them, and I’d say it would be their quarterbacks – Jay Cutler, Caleb Hanie and Brett Basanez. For me, they are the stars of every game. Well, it’s my opinion and every one is entitled to one, right? Hehe. And whenever I want updates with regard to their stats, I just checked WaiverWire. I’ve signed up on their stimulus package to get updated of my favorite team’s stats, games schedule, news, etc. It’s totally for free so it is simply great!

One and a half years! That’s how long I’ve been blogging. But I still consider myself a newbie, a beginner because I still have a lot to learn in here. I’m proud to say though that I’ve learned a lot but I still look forward to more wisdom or knowledge about this stuff that I now consider my passion.

FAN = Football And Nothing Else!

I scream, I shout and I cheer – just some of the things I can’t help doing whenever I watch NFL Football, especially if it’s my favorite team playing. What can I say? I do get carried away most of the time, and I do believe I’m not the only who gets into that state. I wasn’t fond of watching NFL until 2006 when I discovered how fanatic a friend of mine was. He urged me to watch the Super Bowl because his favorite team was playing. So I watched, and since then, his team became my favorite team too – the Chicago Bears. I make it a point to watch their games most of the time, but due to unavoidable circumstances, I've missed some of their games. But just the same, they remain my favorite team. And I do believe they’ll perform great in the upcoming 2009 season. Being their fan, through thick and thin, that's what I believe in, and not just being a fair-weather fan.

Getting regular updates about my favorite team is one thing that I look forward to seeing or reading regularly, so I didn’t have second thoughts in signing up at WaiverWire. Out With the Old, In With the New!

After repainting the entire house interior last month, mom’s next agenda is to change the living room furniture. Though dad only wanted to upholster the old, mom insisted we purchase new since we’ve had the current furniture for years. I can’t even exactly remember how many years we’ve had the current stuff.

Being the contemporary fanatic that she is, like me, mom’s been browsing the net and was eyeing eRoomService contemporary furniture, especially the Harmony Contemporary Fabric Sofa that you see in the picture. Mom and I can sometimes have disagreements over our taste in furniture, but with this one, we definitely both agreed.

CD Collection

Here are Leo's CDs - a collection of his favorite music from different genre and era that dated way back in the 70's and even 60's, i guess up to the present. He had already shared some of the songs he's got but is yet to share the others. And as per him, there's still a lot to be shared. He's got good choice of music though but to my surprise, he also likes hard rock. Hmmm... we will not jive in that kind of music, i think so because i find it really noisy. Hehe.

His fave Blue Grass music or the real country music could be in this selection here...

This song was sang on ASAP yesterday as they pay their tribute to the late President Corazon Aquino. And today, i pay tribute to the former President too and so i chose this song as my entry for this week. I like this song a lot as well as the artists who sang it. There are different versions of this song but this is the version that i like the most.

Salamat President Cory

ASAP (Philippines' top variety show) pays tribute to former President Corazon Aquino who passed away yesterday. The songs that became popular during the EDSA Revolution in 1986 were sang by the Champions and listening to those songs again gave me goosebumps. I was still in my elementary years during the EDSA revolution but what happened then was still very vivid to me and i can still remember how popular those songs were during that time.

The audience were wearing yellow ribbons and were holding yellow balloons that most probably symbolizes sympathy and support for the late president.
