My Cutie Handbag

This is not really something new since i bought it December last year. One of the few Christmas gifts that i bought for myself. But this is the handbag that i use every time i go out. I just love it! Very cute and because of the color which is white, i could use it with whatever the color of my dress is.

I bought this pretty cheap. Well, i don't really mind for as long as i like the design and the texture of the bag. I always look for less actually. Bags need not be expensive to be nice. Am i right? (",)

I was just hesitating before because i thought they have qualifications for the participants. But since there's none, so here i am with my first ever Music Monday entry.

I love this song a lot, not just because of my present status with my dear friend but this song simply touched me in so many ways. I was listening to yahoo music earlier while talking to my dear friend when this song was played which made me think of joining Music Monday finally and chose this song as my first ever entry. But unfortunately, the video with Oleta Adams is no longer available that's why i opted for this one - the version of American Idol participant, Jacob. He doesn't only have an excellent voice but he's cute too. Don't you think so? Hehe.

My eBay Shopping Continues

In just a short span of two weeks, i've already bought sixteen blouses from eBay. Whoa! I've posted about my second purchase before, if you remember. That's how addicted i am to it during those times but now, i'm trying to control it. I seldom visit eBay anymore so i won't be tempted to purchase another one. Hehe. Fortunately though, there wasn't anything that i like the last time that i browsed the site. Good! LOL.

These blouses here were the third and fourth batches of my so-called eBay shopping. I like them all and they fit me well. Nice choice, Lynndee! Hehe. What i've got were as follows: blue Victoria's Secret top, green Bayo top, light pink Hollister tee and four plain locally made blouses.

I know there will be more batches of blouses coming soon but i would be frugal this time. Like what my friend Leo always tells me. (*wink*) Maybe i'll purchase one item every month. Well, that is, if i won't see anything that i like. LOL.

Sunscreen Checklist

Summer is already here and as the heat goes on, we definitely need sunscreen to protect our skin. Here are some information that you need to know about sunscreen.

1) Look for an SPF of at least 15. The SPF number tells you how long the sunscreen protects you, compared to the length of time it would take you to get burned without sunscreen. (For example, if your skin turns red after 20 minutes, SPF 15 keeps you from getting crab-like 15 times longer or five hours.)

2) Make sure it has UVA protection as well as UVB. Check the ingredient list for zinc oxide or titanium dioxide -- both physically block UVA and UVB rays. UVB rays have short wavelength that reaches only the outer layer of the skin, while UVA rays can penetrate the dermis or the skin's middle layer.

3) Squeeze out a shot glass-sized amount. Coat your skin in a thin, even layer. If you can, put it on when you're naked so you don't miss a spot.

4) Reapply every two hours if you're outside, even if you're using a so-called waterproof sunscreen. These typically wear off just as fast as the regular type.
