Say it out loud!
Sometimes, your dream of getting promoted or scoring a raise just needs to be said out loud, not whispered or murmured like your secret birthday wish. Verbalizing what it is you want will make your goal more real. And, having no qualms of making your goal known will increase your chances of succeeding. Of course, you don't necessarily have to broadcast it to the whole office building. A close colleague, who has been there through your ups and downs, is your best pick.
Tip: Go the extra mile and express your intentions to your superior. He or she might be persuaded by your doggedness.

this is true sis. i have had a personal experience while working as Admin Assistant before in TDCI. I think its just too odd for ordinary employees to raise their voices but I really see how they wish they could. Usahay ako nalang mo suggest, hahaha. pero syempre sa kadtong mga deserving lang sad.
