Bring On Good Vibes!

Insecurities can come in all forms and packages. Here are a few ways to tone down those everyday anxieties.

Accept the little flaws. Tone down your inner perfectionist every once in a while. A perfectionist is only momentarily happy, which results in a pretty tedious life. Once you realize that reality is never perfect, you'll learn to appreciate even the small flaws in yourself and your life.

Face your fears. One of the best ways to transform our fears is to discover how realistic they are. Some fears are nothing more than your irrational and scared self taking over. When you see that your fear has been hindering you from doing the things you deserve - like hooking that cute guy at work or taking on a fab job - you'd see that the fear was nothing more than just an imaginary opportunity - gobbling monster.

Think positive about yourself. Staying positive is key to being confident - even in the most trying times. Not only does a sunny disposition make you feel good inside, it also decreases the chances of wrinkles showing or frustrations building up. Opening to all of life's experiences empowers our intuition to become a wiser inner sovereign.

Be yourself. Being yourself isn't as hard as it may seem. Having confidence in ourselves is essential if we're to make our lives what we want them to be. If you can strut your stuff with utmost confidence, without thinking of what others may be thinking of you, then you have made the biggest step to avoiding a super kawawa moment...and finally getting the life you want and deserve.

Women everywhere are probably the ones who experience insecurities more often, compared to men. Men are quite confident, because they want to look all-macho and tough.
These are very nice advices. Thanks for sharing them. :)
